Resiliency Enterprise: Benchmarking For MaturityProject DetailsThe benefits of participating in the project is the opportunity to work with other industry experts and top-tier organizations on one of the most significant common challenges facing businesses today, managing operational risk. Additionally, participants will have the ability to influence and gain early access to the CERT Resiliency Engineering Framework (REF) methodologies and project deliverables, long before they are publicly available. Project participants will be provided with numerous opportunities to engage in collaborative discussions, work sessions, and individual activities to: - Benchmark their organization's resiliency activities against REF - participants will select a subset of REF on which to focus or undertake the entire framework.
- Assess the maturity of their resiliency activities, including a capability-level score, if desired.
- Learn how to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of risk management activities.
- Participate in peer-to-peer comparisons and learning related to resiliency and compliance practices
- Establish baseline skills and knowledge for performing REF appraisals, including the opportunity to meet certain pre-requisites for becoming an official REF Lead Appraiser
- Access summary benchmarking data from peer organizations for comparative analysis
- Become part of the growing community who are experienced users of REF
- Learn how to reduce the complexity and improve the efficiency of compliance activities
- Participate in the first formal REF training course
